The Outpost : Ark Survival Ascended - Rules

1. Play Hard, Play Fair
PvP is part of the game, but respect still matters—no harassment, racism, or personal threats.
Keep the competition fun. Trash talk is fine, but don’t take it too far.
If you lose a fight, learn from it and come back stronger.
2. No Cheating or Exploits – Keep It Fair
No aimbots, meshing, duping, or third-party software.
No combat logging—leaving mid-fight to avoid death isn’t how we play.
If you find an exploit, report it. Using it will get you removed from the server.
3. Raiding is Part of the Game – But Keep It Fair
No full base wipes just to grief (take the loot, leave the rest).
No respawn camping or trapping players indefinitely.
Bases inactive for 14 days are considered abandoned and fair game.
4.** No Unnecessary Passive Tame Killing**
Tames inside a base during a raid are fair game.
If a tame is out in the open, don’t kill it just for the sake of it.
Don’t hide loot on passive tames to exploit this rule.
5. No Structure Spam or Blocking Key Areas
No pillar or foundation spam to block land.
Fobs must be temporary—no long-term raid bases.
No blocking obelisks or major resource spawns.
Building in artifact caves is allowed on The Island server only, but not on any other servers in the cluster.
6. No Real Money Trading – In-Game Only
Trades can only be for tames, resources, or Outpost tokens—no real-world money involved.
Keep trade deals fair and in the right channels.
If you scam a trade, expect admin action.
7. Keep Chat Civil – No Spam, No Drama
No scamming in trades—if you agree to a deal, follow through.
No spamming global chat or clogging trade channels.
Use designated Discord channels for recruitment and trades.
8. Admins Are Here to Help – Not to Babysit
Admins won’t replace lost tames, loot, or bases—Ark happens.
If you have an issue, report it with proof. No proof = no action.
False reports waste time—don’t clog the system with baseless complaints.
9. Keep the Server Running Smoothly
Tame limits are in place—don’t hoard hundreds of dinos and lag the server.
No excessive structure spam that causes performance issues.
Tribes inactive for 14+ days may have their bases wiped at admin discretion.
10. Balanced PvP – No Cheap Wins, No Easy Losses
PvP is the core of this server, but balance matters.
Expect fights, expect raids, but also expect fair competition.
Play smart, build strong, and enjoy the challenge.
11. No Hacking or Exploiting
No third-party programs such as aimbots, ESP, or automated bots.
No meshing, duping, or exploiting unintended game mechanics.
No attacking from, traveling through, or building in unintended game zones (e.g., under the mesh, above the map, or inaccessible areas).
No intentional server crashing or DDoS attacks.
No stacking creatures inside each other to exploit mechanics.
No excessive C4 stacking to prevent placement by others.
No floating or overextended structures beyond normal build limits for PvP purposes.
12. Responsibility for Tribe Members
Tribe leaders are accountable for their members' actions. The owner of the tribe is considered to be the tribe leader.
If a tribe member is caught hacking, exploiting, or breaking rules, the entire tribe may face consequences.
13. Prohibited Speech & Conduct
No hate speech (racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, religious attacks, or xenophobia).
No harassment (doxxing, real-life threats, bullying, stalking, or sexual harassment).
No excessive toxicity (spam, chat flooding, extreme personal trash talk, or encouraging self-harm).
No discussions of game exploits, cheats, or hacking.

Enforcement & Penalties

First Offense: Warning
Second Offense: Temporary mute/kick
Third Offense: Ban (temporary or permanent, depending on severity)

Admins reserve the right to adjust penalties based on the severity of the violation. Repeated or extreme infractions will result in permanent bans.
